I spoke to the neonatologist this morning and he said Gio can come come saturday or sunday as long as he continues to behave himslf.  I told him no swinging from the chandeliers and no partying with the twins in the next crib over.  Steve and I need to bring in his carseat tomorrow for his fit test, I hope he fits into it!! Mom and I went to BJs and picked up a jumbo pack of diapers and wipes, my first of many.
